Cold Caller needed for the US market

A 10 years old digital marketing agency is looking for a new sales representative who:

- is able to do outbound cold calls to US based small and medium sized businesses in order to sell our services (list and software are supplied, training will be given about the specific services)
- is able to do the calls 8 hours a day, between 10am EST - 6pm EST (11pm - 7am Philippines time), weekdays
- has EXCELLENT English speaking skills
- is confident in this type of work
- is able to update CRM fields with detailed information after the calls
- is able to answer calls if a prospect is calling back
- is able to follow the supplied call script, but also has a sense of improvization in case the prospect is asking something new
- is willing to send me back a recorded call script during the interview process
- is willing to do a 1-2 day, paid, preliminary test period
- is able to work independently (and in a team - later)
- understands that calls will be recorded and feedback will be given based on these
- understands that there will be a certain amount of calls we will require to be done in a week
- understands that the word "peach winter" has to be included in her/his application
- understands that this is not a simple appointment setting process for a different sales rep, this IS going to be the whole sales process; the close of the sale will depend on her/his capabilities

Beside the fixed amount, I am happy to share a % of the revenue after each successful sale.

Previous experience is a plus, but not required unless this is working.
