TikTok Content Creator (UGC Specialist)

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative TikTok Content Creator to join our team. This role is focused on enhancing our brand's presence on TikTok by generating engaging and compelling content. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding trends and creating videos that capture the audience's attention.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM EST

Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and post 2-4 engaging videos daily on TikTok.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand what works and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Optimize content for increased visibility and engagement on TikTok.

Requirements:
- Proven experience creating engaging content on TikTok.
- Ability to create a mix of AI-generated, repurposed, and original content.
- Strong understanding of current trends on TikTok and how to leverage them for brand growth.
- Excellent creativity and video editing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
