Position Overview:
We seeking an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager who is not only experienced (minimum of 5 years) but is someone who can lead our social media efforts, we are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do, but rather someone who takes initiative to get the job done. They must also be extremely quick, intelligent, and fluent in English. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a flexible, remote working environment, ensuring tasks are efficiently completed daily.

You'll play a pivotal role in managing both our business and personal brands, requiring a seamless collaboration with our video editor and ensuring the brand's presence is consistently engaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Distribution
- Take long-form video content then manage and deliver 3-5 daily posts across Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and community forums, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.
- Implement the "Waterfall System" for content repurposing, maximizing the impact of long-form content across multiple platforms via repurposing

Collaboration and Leadership
- Directly manage the video editor and oversee the creation process, turning raw footage into captivating content for our diverse audience.
- Work closely with the team to strategize and execute a robust content calendar, aligning with the brand's goals and market trends.

Performance Analysis
- Utilize analytics to measure content performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and reach.
- Regularly report on social media metrics, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed objectives.

Flexible Work Environment

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in social media marketing, preferably with a background in growing a startup
