Urgently Seeking Podcast/Social Media VA

We are excited to invite a dedicated Podcast/Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our digital marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone skilled in social media management and content creation, who can also support our podcast production efforts. The candidate should be proficient in utilizing platforms like WordPress, Descript, Canva, Microsoft Office and ClickUp and be adept at engaging with online communities and managing web content.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate podcast recording schedules and manage interviews, ensuring streamlined production processes.
* Utilize Descript for podcast editing and Canva for graphic design, maintaining high content quality.
* Manage and execute our social media strategy, creating cohesive and impactful branding across platforms.
* Produce compelling, original content for social media, our WordPress website, and podcasts.
* Engage actively with our online community, managing responses and fostering positive interactions.
* Conduct research on the latest digital trends and audience preferences to keep our content strategies innovative and effective.
* Analyse key metrics to optimise our social media presence and website traffic.
* Collaborate with different teams to maintain brand consistency and integrate our social media with broader marketing campaigns.
* Stay current with new technologies, trends in social media, and best content management practices, with a focus on WordPress and related platforms.


The Ideal Candidate:

* Demonstrates experience in social media management, content creation, podcast production, and website content management on WordPress.
* Shows excellent copywriting and communication skills, able to create engaging content across various formats and platforms.
* Understands SEO, keyword research, and analytics, using data to inform content strategies.
* Is proactive, organised, and can effectively manage multiple projects, displaying strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
* Has a passion for digital media and is eager to contribute to and grow with a dynamic, UK-based business.

Working Hours:

* The role requires a commitment to working hours from 8-5 GMT (3-Midnight PM PST), with some flexibility available to accommodate different needs.
