CRO and Landing Pages Design Specialist

We are a digital marketing agency focused on lead generation for local services - garage door repair, locksmith, air duct. The position is focused around constantly improving current landing pages and creating new ones for our advertising campaigns and clients websites.

**Responsibilities**
-Landing page design and development in website builders (WordPress, Elementor) and landing page software (Unbounce, LeadPages, Landingi etc.);
- Review current client landing pages and prepare brief / areas to increase conversion rates (landing page optimization audit);
- Understand and analyze niche and competition
- Firm experience in CRO of landing pages
- Suggest content additions, write up with AI is optional
- Additional design skills Canva is a benefit

Requirements
2+ years working with landing pages or comparable experience;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Responsibility and ability to organize your activities productively;
Proven design skills or portfolio
