Responsibilities
? Create content for casino sportsbook
? Keeping track of customer service emails coming in via Instagram and mail
? Create unique and eye-catching social media content
? Create website content such as banners
? Making minor adjustments to back end of the online casino (IT experience)
? Being in close contact with the developers and solving problems if needed
? KYC checking
? Maintain contact with your team
? Hiring people
Assistant manager required skills
? Experience with running sportsbook marketing, such as bonus system (MUST)
? You have experience editing photos and videos in photoshop or other platforms
? You have an IT background and have experience working in a back office
? You have demonstrable experience working in an (online) casino
? You have customer service experience
? You take the lead and dare to make decisions
? You are organized and stress resistant
? You can handle criticism well and want to get the most out of you
? You speak and write English fluently
? You have experience with Deepl
Required qualifications

? Good English in word and writing
