Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Virtual Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, closing deals, managing client relationships, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries from potential clients.
- Guide clients through the sales process and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, or social media to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist with managing social media accounts and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
