JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and developmental support on areas of Business Process, Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures, labor policies and environmental practices are followed
• Advises top management on best practices on employee relations and employee engagements.
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
• Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards
• Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Develops and oversees a system of handling alleged violations of rule and regulations and respond by evaluating and recommending investigative procedures
• Ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• Develops, maintains, and revises and disseminates policies and procedures for compliance activities
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal Management, Engineering, Economics, Environment and its equivalence
• Has at least 5 years compliance capacity working experience
• Must be analytical, investigative and has good decision-making skills
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to offer new ideas
• Applicants must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga and travel to Bataan and Tarlac
