Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and friendly customer support through multiple channels
Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve users’ issues
Manage and moderate our Discord community
This role is perfect for you if you:
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Approach customer concerns with empathy
Have a willingness to learn and showcase quick learning abilities
Ensure a reliable internet connection for remote work
Maintain availability during fixed working hours; flexibility is not possible
Additional Considerations:
Flexibility to work during night hours and on weekends may be required
Comfortable with conducting video calls with users when necessary
