Assistant Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to join our operations team. The Assistant Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing various operational tasks related to inventory management, repricing, customer communication, and reporting. The successful candidate will leverage inventory management software, repricing tools, and other resources to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize inventory management software to forecast replenishment orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement repricing strategies using repricing software to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
- Respond promptly to customer messages to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Handle case appeals related to product complaints and disputes, providing thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Update the Open Invoice sheet and maintain digital copies of invoices for accurate invoice management.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales and inventory performance.
- Conduct daily updates to the company catalog sheet using data from sales channels and inventory management software to ensure accurate product information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and repricing tools is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for report creation and data analysis.
