As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in automating various tasks and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing automation workflows using Zapier to integrate different apps and streamline data transfer between them.
Developing and maintaining custom solutions using QuickBooks Spreadsheet to automate financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting.
Configuring and managing payroll systems such as Gusto or ADP to automate payroll processing, tax filings, and employee benefit administration.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Providing training and support to tea
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in automating workflows using Zapier or similar automation platforms.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining spreadsheets using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Familiarity with payroll systems such as Gusto, ADP, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tea
Prior experience in process improvement or business automation is preferred but not required.
