CapCut editor and planoly scheduler needed

Hello, I am looking for a CapCut editor and planoly/plann scheduler for TikTok and Instagram. I will need someone to edit talking videos and also travel videos for an account and handle all posting/interacting. Knowledge of after effects is a plus as the TikTok and Instagram account is about after effects and travelling
