Dispute Specialist

I want this employee to specialize in factual disputing which includes mailing data furnishers and consumer reporting agencies' specific disputes depending on how each account is furnished. We will also need this specialist to mail off letters and keep track of delivery and dispute duration on our software. For two days out of the week, the Dispute specialists will be tasked with pulling consumer reports from CRA's website and marking pictures of accounts up to be forwarded to consumer lawyers for future litigation if necessary.
