We require a book keeper for Melbourne Based Business to start ASAP.
10 hours a week to start and to evaluate future requirements. Hours be done over 2-3 days. Good payrate to people that prove themselves
Must have XERO experience. Immediate start
Task required
- reconciliation of daily transactions across 2 brands
- reparation of weekly payrolls
- weekly reports of income expenses
- sending weekly invoices
- preparation of monthly statements for clients
- detailed monthly reports outlining all aspects of the 2 businesses
- checking and preparation of BAS and other gov requirements for accountant
