CRM Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join Minetek as a CRM Specialist. Your main role will involve managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to help us better connect with job candidates. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with data, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:
- Keep our CRM system up-to-date by entering and updating candidate information.
- Work with our team to understand our recruitment needs and tailor the CRM to meet those needs.
- Help us make the most of our CRM by finding ways to improve how we use it.
- Create reports from CRM data to help us track our progress in finding and hiring candidates.


Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Invenias or similar platforms, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and able to analyze information to help us make better decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

You will be employed directly by Recruitmark under a contractor services agreement. You will need to have a suitable home office set up, with a computer and stable internet connection. Working hours will be between 8am and 5pm Australian time, Monday-Friday.
