Jack of all trades for growing ecommerce business

I am in need of an intelligent, resourceful, organized, positive assistant to help me with a growing ecommerce store. I own and operate a dropshipping business on Shopify and would like to find an enthusiastic, positive, creative, self-starter that is forward thinking and looking to contribute their time and ideas to taking this business to the next levels! It is important that you are organized, focused, and not only detail oriented, but able to see the big picture of what a growing business needs and willing to do what is takes to get things done with the very best quality.
SKILLS
-customer order fulfillment (processing orders and keeping track of order costs in excel)
-add products to store (includes adding product images, text, tags, etc)
-product sourcing research
-customer support (respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously)
-social media management (currently only on facebook but looking for someone to build brand presence and engagement on pinterest, instagram, etc)
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS (not required but a definite plus!)
-programming knowledge to customize shopify website
-experience email marketing
A proof of your success will be that you do so well with your job that we will need to hire more VAs to help with order fulfillment in the very near future ;)
There are no set hours for this job so I am looking for someone who knows how to manage their time to get the job done.
