**What we are looking for**
A full time exceptional WEB DEVELOPER to join our team. We are an Internet Marketing company in the UK that is growing rapidly. Competitive Salary offered according to experience and ability.
Home-based, full time, 40 hours+ per week, working hours can be flexible.

You'll be joining a happy and successful team of international and Philippine workers. We are looking for a select individual to work with on a long-term basis.

**Technical skills required**
-- Min 3 years experience
-- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS
-- Ability to slice PSDs
-- Ability to customize Wordpress themes
-- Experience in PHP, MYSQL and JAVA SCRIPT
-- Experience in customizing e-commerce landing pages and shopping carts

**Personal skills required**
-- A self-motivated fast learner who can tackle challenges with an open and positive mindset
-- Proactive and effective problem solver with good common sense
-- Excellent written English
-- Willing to learn new things and can easily be trained other skills
-- Efficient and hard working
-- Must be able to work from home with no distractions

**Additional requirements**
Successful candidates MUST have:
-- Your own PC and a reliable high speed internet connection.
-- A working Skype account
-- A working Paypal account
-- This is a FULL time position, and you will ONLY work for us. We will not hire anyone who is employed already and is looking to find a 2nd job to supplement their income

**Payment Information:**
You will be on 1 month PAID trial and if your work is excellent, we will officially offer you the position. For the first month we will pay you weekly so you can be sure of being paid. We run a highly ethical business and treat our employees very well.
