We are looking for a Sales Representative to cold call into prospects. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential hospitals, long term care homes, and retirement centers in Canada.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience cold calling and cold emailing. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers to book a meeting with an sales executive at SpeedStaff Medical. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

Make 80-100 cold calls a day to book meetings for leadership team
Book 3- 5 meetings per week (this is how you make commission)
Identify pain and how we can be a fit
Memorize call script provided
Memorize objection handles from prospects
Present your KPIs (Key performance indicators) with leadership once a week

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months to start. If successful we will be offering full time employment.

Salary: $3.00 CAD/hour + Commissions
Commission = $5 CAD per meeting booked (You are expected to book 3-5 meetings per week)
Commission = $20 per contract signed

Expected hours: 40 per week
