Employment Type & Terms:
This position is initially offered on an hourly pay basis, with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance and mutual agreement. To recognise exceptional work, we also offer a tiered bonus system:

• 5% Bonus: For satisfactory performance, meeting our basic expectations and requirements.
• 10% Bonus: For good performance, exceeding our expectations with notable contributions to projects.
• 20% Bonus: For excellent performance, significantly surpassing expectations and delivering impactful results.

Additionally, full-time employees receive a 13th-month bonus, rewarding dedication and hard work.

We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and grow together with us.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct product uploads, including bulk uploads via CSV, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our online platform.
• Craft compelling product pages, maintaining a balance of text and imagery.
• Perform image editing tasks to ensure product images are visually appealing and meet our requirements for quality, size and aspect ratio.
• Implement SEO strategies and write engaging blog articles to improve our website's visibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service through email, live chat, and phone.
• Utilise HTML/CSS coding to improve website design, functionality and user experience.
• Perform administrative tasks to support our e-commerce operations

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in Shopify platform management and optimisation.
• Strong copywriting skills to create compelling product descriptions and marketing materials.
• Solid understanding of (on-page) SEO principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in photo editing software including Adobe Photoshop to produce high-quality images.
• Skilled in Excel/CSV for efficient data management and bulk upload tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective communication and content creation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS development to customise web pages and improve site functionality is a plus.
• Attention to detail, high work standards, and honesty are essential.
