Senior Healthcare Recruiter for US Professionals

Responsibilities:
Find and select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with healthcare professionals.
Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists.
Maintaining and growing a lead database.
Meet and exceed weekly goals

Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting for healthcare professionals
Specific Experience with Surgical Techs, Sonographers, RN's are a plus
Proven track record of success and a competitive, self-motivated personality.
Strong desire to build a career in recruiting, with proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm MST
US shift
