Data entry, phone and chat suport

You have to be able to
Answer phone call that include :
- be available from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm moday to friday (few calls)
- products information inquiries
- call the suppliers if you need information that you don t have
- take order over the phone and put it in a shopify system
- call a list of supplier to get approved by them

Chat support : same as phone support

Data entry :
upload product in shopify using .csv files

writing:
- Write and post 1 blog post per week on a specific subject
- post once a day on facebook
