We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full time Customer Service and Sales Representative at Fresh & Clean Laundry. We are a family-owned business with many long-time and loyal customers. We are also a growing business as a result of our rapidly expanding wash and fold and laundry delivery services. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial role in building positive customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
o Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
o Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services.
o Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience.
o Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Sales:
o Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to assess their satisfaction and encourage them to leave online reviews.
o Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads to generate interest in our products or services.
o Explain service features and benefits, addressing customer questions and objections confidently.
o Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

• Additional responsibilities:
o Execute text and email marketing campaigns.
o Perform light collection work
o Could lead to opportunities in SEO and Social Media Marketing
o Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
o Adhere to company policies and procedures.
o Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
o Actively learn and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
