Proven experience in operations management and executive assistance.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to document processes and quickly learn new tools.
A problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvements.
Proficiency in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, Google Scripts) is preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing is advantageous.
