CFO/CPA

I'm looking for something who can handle doing all of the bookkeeping and accounting for my three companies. I have a parent company and a child company, and I recently acquired half of another company that needs the same work done. Right now I have separate accountants handling each company, but I want to consolidate everything under a single person, and I need someone who can do the bookkeeping, etc. for all three.

The parent company is a distillery specializing in flavored vodkas, so for this entity, it is important to have some manufacturing experience to keep track of the cost of goods, inventory, etc. The child company is a bar/restaurant owned by the distillery, which has a totally separate set of bookkeeping needs. Also, the bar "buys" its vodkas from the distillery, and they will soon be sharing employees, so there are often shared expenses that need to be allocated correctly between the two companies.

One business is essentially a manufacturing business, and the other is a bar/restaurant, so experience with one or both of these industries is a big plus.

The third company is also a distillery, but it is entirely separate from the first two. However, there will sometimes be opportunities for shared expenses so that will need to be accounted for as well.

I need someone who can handle all three companies' finances, including payroll, AP/AR, invoicing, etc. Applicants must also being able to handle sales tax filings as well.

Applicants must have experience handling shared expenses between related companies.
