Digital Account Executive/Manager

We are a Singapore based think tank that convenes C-suite and Board Directors in high trust environments, and designs thought leadership and networking experiences for corporate leaders. We're seeking a digital account Executive/Manager for our post-sales experience - onboarding, overseeing and manage our corporate subscribers (large MNCs), and to ensure the smooth fulfilment of their subscription entitlements, as well as renewal.

Being proficient and adept in digital tools/platforms such as Mailchimp, Google Workspace and CRM tools is critical

[Key Responsibilities]:

a) Onboarding: Craft and maintain detailed records of client entitlements. Help clients understand what to expect and how to engage us during their subscription term.

b) Client Management: Be the main liaison with our clients, sending regular updates on upcoming sessions, co-ordinating and leading the scheduling for the various entitlements, addressing queries with professionalism, and maintaining that all-important connection.

c) Communication Champion: Lead crucial onboarding calls via Zoom, and maintain a regular communication channel with client accounts via EDMs

- Has a high level of integrity & takes pride in their work
- Has a good command of english and communicates well
- Has good organisational and co-ordination skills
- Pays attention to detail, is meticulous, not careless
- Open and quick to learning, flexible and adaptable
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Able to multitask well, juggling projects with precision?- Some experience working in/for an MNC is ideal
- Able to work with EDM/E-Newsletter tools and Google Workspace


[The Working Expectations]:

- This is a fully remote role, the primary communication channels you will have with the team that is primarily Singapore based will be - Telegram, Zoom.
- Contactable & Responsive especially between 9:00am & 6:00pm GMT+8
- Have an existing internet connection that is reliable
- Be adept in using online tools/platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams & Google Workspace
- Meet stipulated deadlines - deadlines that are committed to are expected to be met, if the deadline can’t be met we expect this to be flagged out early & a renegotiation of a new deadline initiated
