Talented app developer for geo location app - experienced only

Hello

I am looking for a food ordering app and directory listing of food outlets

so there would be a client side and a business side of the app

The customer would open the app and order some food or a product then on the server side (the business) the order would show up as pending, then when the customer gets within a certain distance to the business, the order would become active and print to a docket printer or show a notification.. so it would use GPS location. and the business could set the distance (or time) until the customer reached the location.

This way the food would be ready when the customer arrived.

There would also need to be a payment process for the customer ordering the food (maybe paypal?) so when they make the order, the amount is debited to their account and put into our account.

I would also like a directory setup where you can search outlets by location, rating, name etc much like a lot of other business listing apps

I will find a designer for the design of the app but I need someone to make the ordering process work.

I would also like a website (backend) where the customers (the businesses) can sign up to the site, enter their details as well as payment details (paypal) and create the menu that people will be ordering from

This will be a long term project and I will be looking at around 15 to 20 hours a week depending on wage price.
