Ecommerce Assistant

Toolbay Direct - ---------- - is an online retailer and ecommerce website, which sells high ticket engineering tools and Machinery. We retail products for a number of different brands, serving individuals and small businesses who need the right tool or piece of machinery for their project.

We are looking for a full time ecommerce assistant to:

- Upload products to Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and optimization
- Process orders received through the ecommerce platform, verifying details and coordinating with fulfilment team
- Collect competitor information from the web and compile into organized reports
- Create advertising imagery using Canva for marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support administrative tasks such as managing documentation.
- Upload and format blog posts on the website, ensuring consistency and quality

Comprehensive training in the form of Loom videos and written SOPs will be provided.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have used Shopify and be highly familiar with it
- Have used Canva and be highly familiar with it
- Have 40 hours per week available to work
- Have a strong internet connection
- Have used Chat GPT in the past
- Be eager to learn, showing proactivity
- Have attention to detail and a desire to product great work
- Be honest

Compensation:

- The compensation for this role is $4 per hour, working 40 hours per week - please only apply if you're comfortable with that wage
- There is the potential for this rate to increase over time
- We will be offering monthly performance bonuses based on great work
