We are looking for a specialist to help us call and manage real estate leads using REISift and smrtphone/smrtdialer for our wholesaling business. The ideal candidate should have experience with cold calling various lists (pre-foreclosures, expired listings, tired landlords, etc.), be comfortable with REISift, and have a reliable internet connection.
This position comes with:
- A closing bonus for every lead managed that closes

- The candidate will begin as a cold caller and be able to work up to a lead manager or acquisition manager
- A flexible schedule (within USA MST calling hours)
- A fair salary range from $5-8/hr (depending on experience)
- Weekly hours ranging between 20-40 hours

Responsibilities will include prospecting for new leads via smrtdialer and the REISift Sensei Flow (1-to-1 niche marketing), implementing cold calling and other marketing strategies, identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing and nurturing leads through the sales process, setting appointments for calls with our closers, and reporting on lead performance. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the following:
