Job Details:
We need a Customer Service Representative who will help our company grow. This job is important because you will find new customers and help us sell more.

What You Will Do:

Speak with our Customers on the Phone
Speak with our customers over email, and via Amazon, ---------- , our website, and eBay.
Process refunds, process order issues, process customer questions.
Keep customer information updated in our system.


Who Can Apply:

You should have finished college in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a similar field (but it's not a must).

Be familiar with WooCommerce, ---------- , eBay, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Shipstation!
Good at talking to people, and working with others.
You like to work hard and want to do well in a fast job.
You know how to use CRM software and MS Office (like Word, Excel).
