Photoshop & Embroider replica of image on Hoodie

I have an image I would like to photoshop and embroider on 100% hoodies for my company. I would love to have someone photoshop the image and (if possible) find me someone in PH willing to create the embroidered hoodie and ship the final product to me. If you are unable to embroider the image on hoodies yourself but find a reputable person who can do it for me I will pay you an extra 100 dollars as a finders fee for your hard work after I have confirmed I would like to work with them. The image I need photoshopped is an image of an influencer who is smoking a cigar. I want the cigar smoke to morph into 4 letters. The way it should look on the image should be natural and effortless, as if the smoke naturally formed into these letters.
