Design 3 Thumbnails A Day For 5 Million Subscribers YouTube Network (Long Term!)

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced thumbnail designers to work with our 5 million+ subscribers YouTube network.

You'll be responsible for designing at least three thumbnails daily for one or more of our channels.

The thumbnails have to be very well optimized for click-through rate. You should have a good understanding of what makes people click on thumbnails thus a good sense of human psychology is required.
