Experience preferred: Call center, scheduling, being really friendly over the phone.
Must have a good computer with internet access.
Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
A good Scheduler can determine the priority of our customers needs to determine when an immediate slot should be found or if a patient can come in based on the current schedule. Schedulers also manage cancelations, and changes on the schedule and find alternatives quickly.
Answers incoming calls, text and
Uses Jobber for scheduling
Assist anyone that calls,
Communicate well with every customer, tea
Use Slack or WhatsApp app/software for team communication.
Multitasking needed to prioritize.
