Guest Communication Expert for AirBnBs Style Company

Requirements:
1. Do you have good wi-fi, 40 Mbps to 100 Mbps or more?
2. Do you have a good phone voice and good English with no accent?
3. Do you have strong critical thinking skills? Do you know how to use Google and ChatGPT?

Responsibilities
* Customer support messages, phone based in-calls, and outcalls to guests.
* Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay
* Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
* Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
* Ensure that the Airbnb listings mphone-basedeet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance through communicating witht cleaners
* Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
* Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
* Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
*Pricing & Revenue Strategy: Implement pricing structures and minimum stay requirements that enhance last-minute bookings and optimise revenue streams.


Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience working for an STR or Vacation Rental Company
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
-Experience with Vacation Rental PMS and OTA's (Airbnb, Hostaway and VRBO)
- Proficient phone communication, enunciation, and pronunciation. No accent
