Revit Technician (Point Cloud Specialist)

Hi, we are currently seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Revit and BI ---------- thodologies, and will be responsible for creating and managing 3D building models as per point cloud data. We really hope that is you.
This is a project base position and you can manage your time well. The successful candidate will undergo screening and must willing to take the test.
Responsibilities:
? Utilize Revit software to design and construct buildings from point cloud data.
? Create 3D models of projects using point cloud data.
? Develop detailed plans based on 3D models for use by Contractors, Architects, Planners and other related field.
? Interpret point cloud data to ensure coordination of specifications and drawings.
? Work closely with surveyors and other specialists to manage and interpret point cloud data.
Requirements:
? Proficient in the use of Revit software and point cloud data.
? Proficient with BIM software.
? Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data processing.
? Strong understanding of engineering principles.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Ability to interpret technical specifications and point cloud data.
? Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
