CRM Developer

We want a skilled and motivated CRM Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for helping to enhance our open-source vTiger installation. You will work as a Front-End CRM developer to select tools and technology for the development and maintenance of our installation. Other duties will include modifying content, adding functionality, and optimizing the site using the latest trends and security/performance optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and Manage our technical resources and team to:
- Maintain a fast, secure, scalable vTiger platform to ensure maximum uptime and stability.
- Integrate our installation range of third-party tools and platforms, such as project management tools, communications, and custom enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive the growth of our online business with email systems, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to continually improve the performance and functionality of our installation.

Qualifications:
- Some experience with vTiger, including custom plugins and themes.
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.
- vTiger is something you can learn, so your programming and CRM experience are more important.
