YouTube Video Editor - Funny/ Entertaining Videos

I am a man on the street content creator with a following over 500,000. I make funny, entertaining videos interviewing people. I am looking for a long form YouTube video editor to help me edit my videos. The videos need to be between 3 minutes and 12 minutes. I need at least one video a week, sometimes as many as 7 per week (one a day). I need an experienced video editor who is fluent and excellent at understanding the English language and American humor.
