Media Buyer

Conscious Education is looking for a Paid Traffic/Media Buying Specialist to continue our explosive growth.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer specializing in Facebook, Google, and YouTube ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these platforms’ advertising capabilities, targeting options, and optimization strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across Facebook, Google, and YouTube ads to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough audience research and utilize advanced targeting options to reach relevant audiences with tailored messaging.
- Create and manage ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Facebook, Google, and YouTube advertising to continuously optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in digital advertising with a focus on Facebook, Google, and YouTube ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads to achieve client goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads platforms, including audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interface with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
