Spanish Speaking Client Acquisition Specialist (No Experience Required)

We're a social media marketing agency looking for a SPANISH SPEAKING Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team next week.

Your job would consist on replying to leads on via our Instagram page, and funnel them into the closer's WhatsApp number. If the closer ends up signing the Client, you get a commission from each signed Client. In some cases, some of the leads can referred to another social media marketing agency, and you'd also get a commission from each referral. Most of your job will be replying to messages from leads and having calls with the agency's CEO. You'd deal with Spanish and English speaking leads.

Job details:
- 8 hours a day
- 5-6 days a week
- $3/hour + commission per signed Client (you can make a lot with commissions!). Minimum guaranteed would be about $575/month, but with commissions this could easily turn into a $700-$1,000+/month salary.
- 8AM to 4PM schedule
- SPANISH SPEAKING SKILLS. You need to be able to have conversations without the need of translator in a written format, as well as on voice calls.
