JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a salesperson, you will play a key role in driving our company's revenue growth by generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Present and sell company products or services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
