Job Title: Customer Representative - Ecommerce

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year in Ecommerce Customer Service

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Full-Time, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Weekly Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

Language Requirement: Fluent in English

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Representative with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Ecommerce Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing emails, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
6. Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in every interaction.
8. Meet and exceed performance targets in areas such as customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and response time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Ecommerce Customer Service.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
4. Proficient in using customer service software and ticketing systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
