Hi Designers!

I'm excited to share that we are looking for a brilliant graphic designer with an eye for email design. You must have experience designing e-commerce emails that SELL products.

You are someone who understands CONTEMPORARY, CLEAN, CONVERSION-driven email design. Your portfolio must have examples that resemble the email design styles referenced here: ----------

Your first project will be to design a series of 5 emails for an e-commerce company called Ifsthetic. You’ll be designing their Welcome Sequence emails.

If you can also set the email automations up in Klaviyo too, that would be an added bonus!

Time Commitment:
About 5 hours (5 hours for the first project and if we work well together, we’d like to continue working with you on a part-time, hourly basis

We are looking for someone who has:
Strong design skills
Real, first-hand experience in building emails in Klaviyo
A designer who understands marketing. You need to be able to craft emails that sell products.
You understand copywriting too
An understanding of the KN Digital Marketing brand: what we do, our target audience, and how to get in front of them (you’ll be trained on this)


Responsibilities:
Design emails based on the content we provide
Communicate with our tea ---------- mbers (Founder, project manager, copywriter) to ensure work is thoroughly complete up to standards
Use tools such as Google Drive, WhatsApp, Slack, Klaviyo and Shopify

Hello! I'm Kristen, Copywriter and Marketing strategist. My small agency, ---------- , helps companies grow through email marketing, website design, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing strategies.
My team consists of 3 co-founders along with 2 freelance virtual assistants, a freelance copywriter, and other freelancers as needed.

About you!
You are an experienced design VA who maintains a standard of excellence with everything you do.
Your project management skills are very organized and you’re an excellent daily communicator
You are open to learning, you pay attention to detail, and you don’t hesitate to ask questions about ANYthing you’re unsure of.
You have solid organizational skills. You can prioritize well and manage your projects efficiently.
You communicate well via email and phone.
You are great at incorporating feedback when necessary
You offer feedback whenever you have any ideas or suggestions (I’m always open to hearing your feedback!)
