Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU WILL DO;
- Provide support to customer inquiries and requests for windshield replacement.
- Ensure that customers schedule appointment with us.
- Follow up with installer's and customer's scheduled appointments.
- Work with a team of CSR's and other departments to find an appropriate solution.

WHAT DO WE NEED:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience in a CSR role. Experience in Sales, Cold Calling, and Appointment Setting is preferred.
- Above-average communication skills.
- Well-versed on both written and spoken English.
- Fast learner and with a neutral accent on the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge, familiar with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- Flexibility to work at night shift.
