Order Tracking Specialist

Phoenix Industries Inc. is currently seeking an Order Tracking Specialist located in Davao City, Philippines. The Order Tracking Specialist will be responsible for tracking and monitoring online orders for an ecommerce brand. Experience with Shopify is a plus.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND DUTIES:
Order Tracking. Track order status within Shopify, and follow up on tracking numbers for delivery.
Customer Support. Answer customer questions and complaints regarding orders. Resolve customer disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Supplier Disputes. Contact company suppliers about order disputes. Follow up on all disputes until the issue is resolved.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Professional demeanor required. Must handle all customer interactions in a polite and professional manner.
-Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and keep up with those tasks until they are completed.
-Must be organized, with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Speed and efficiency are a must.
