JOB OVERVIEW

Phoenix Industries Inc. is currently seeking Customer Support Specialists located in Davao City, Philippines, to handle customer support for ecommerce brands. Our ideal candidate will have experience in online customer support and will be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND DUTIES:
Customer Support. Respond to customer questions and issues through email, online chat, and Facebook messaging. Solve customer problems in a timely and professional manner. Become familiar with company policies and communicate effectively with customers.
Supplier Disputes. Will sometimes be required to contact our supplier and handle order disputes, then follow up with these disputes until resolved.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Must maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Speed and efficiency are important.
