Job Summary:
As a Recruiter/Interviewer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and suitability of caregivers within our organization. Your primary focus will be on screening, qualifying, and interviewing potential caregivers. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring that the caregivers in the registry are well-equipped and qualified to provide exceptional care to our Senior Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and qualify potential caregivers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with potential caregivers
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver qualifications and interview outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation and scheduling interviews.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate caregiver qualifications and suitability for roles.
• Previous experience in caregiver coordination, recruitment, or related fields is preferred but not required
