As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and skilled Social Media Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, community management, and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy: Craft engaging and original content for TikTok, Instagram, and
Community Building: Actively work to build and nurture our online communities. Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content to foster a positive and engaging environment.
Growth & Engagement: Implement strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement without the use of paid media. Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to maximize organic reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and generate reports. Utilize insights to refine strategies, improve content performance, and achieve growth targets.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media calendar, schedule posts in advance, and ensure a consistent presence across TikTok,
Documentation and Reporting: Document campaign strategies, processes, and results, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of building communities and growing social media channels, particularly on TikTok,
Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to create captivating and platform-specific content. Experience with video editing and graphic design is highly desirable.
Engagement Strategies: Expertise in engaging with audiences and fostering community growth organically.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to guide strategy and report on performance.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey our brand's voice and message effectively across all platforms.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Hours and Benefits:
