JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to add a full-time acquisitions manager to join our team. Our Business specializes in Vacant Land in the United States ONLY, and DO NOT sell any other type of Real Estate.

As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential sellers through calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Utilizing your exceptional negotiation skills, you will secure Land purchases and close successful deals. This position does not involve cold calling, allowing you to concentrate on building relationships and converting leads.

Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding of Vacant land in the United States. Our team provides training on this, but you must be motivated to learn. We also require that you learn how to perform Due Diligence on the Vacant for suitability and run details on comparable properties (comping) on vacant land to figure out how to price our offers.

Many sellers have very specific questions about Vacant Land Real Estate and the closing process when we purchase the land from them. It's our expectation that you'll spend the first few days on the job going through our training and preparing yourself for getting on the phones with sellers.

Responsibilities:

-Engage with potential sellers through calls, inquiries, and follow-ups, convincing them of our offers.
-Utilize negotiation skills to secure property purchases and close successful deals.
-Develop an in-depth understanding of vacant land properties, conducting due diligence for success.
-Perform comparative property analysis to strategically price offers and stay ahead of market trends.
-Stay updated on market changes, contributing as a valuable asset to the team.
-Maintain meticulous CRM records for seamless collaboration.
-Build trust with sellers, addressing their inquiries about vacant land and the closing process.
-Share insights, supporting company growth through collaboration.
-Utilize software tools for efficient property research and analysis.
-Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-Minimal non-American accent to provide a sense of speaking with someone in the United States.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage notes, records, and CRM data accurately.
-Kind, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
-Motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Familiarity with CRM systems, Dropbox, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
-Proficiency in using county-specific websites, Google Earth, Data Tree, Redfin, Zillow, and Upgrade to see actual info network of sites for property research.
-Excellent research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (11am Eastern Standard Time to 6pm Eastern Standard Time - EST)
Saturdays - 4 to 5 hours - Flexible with timing

Pay:

Base Salary between $8/hr-$14/hr (depending on experience) plus bonus for each completed Acquisition cycle as mutually agreed between us. You could earn up to $12000 extra annually)

Requirements:

-Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 7th gen or equivalent.
-RAM: 8 GB or more.
-Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
-Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
