Responsibilities:
• Strategic Business Engagement: Lead the charge in identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities to bolster our digital marketing business.
• Relationship Management: Craft and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to scale our business footprint.
• Project Planning: Employ critical thinking in the planning process to guarantee the success of our projects.
• Sales Excellence: Meet and surpass sales targets by executing well-defined business development strategies.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with both external and internal teams to maintain a seamless flow of communication and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the digital advertising or marketing sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining fruitful relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to implement successful business development strategies.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
