Etsy Listings Virtual Assistant

OVERVIEW:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Etsy Listing Virtual Assistant (VA) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Etsy listing creation and SEO. The primary responsibility of the VA will be to meticulously craft compelling SEO-optimized listings for each of our products (mostly clothing), enhancing their visibility and ranking within Etsy search results.


TASKS:

-Performing keyword research and analysis utilizing Erank, Everbee, and Sale Samurai.
-Completing Etsy titles, 160-character short descriptions, and tags with highly relevant keywords using our customized Etsy listing Excel template.
-Verifying trademarked words through the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) to ensure compliance.
-Adding designs into our mockups using Canva.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Fluent in written English.
-Proficient in using Erank, Canva, and Excel.
-Atleast 6 months of Etsy SEO experience.
-Basic graphic design skills are necessary; although Canva templates can and will be used, applicants must possess a good understanding of graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc.).
-Ability to deliver a minimum of 15 listings per day or work at least 3 hours per day.

HOURS: 15 hours/week


MONTHLY RATE: 20,000 PHP/month
