Prospecting Sales Master Needed for Real Estate

Your job is to be a deal finder who is calling, texting, emailing, messaging through lists of people with the goal of setting appointments for real estate deals and property management deals. Your job is also to follow up with leads on a continual basis and manage a pipeline. Your job will also be to help set up systems to make this possible including follow up, lead generation, skip tracing, etc.

You need to be organized and have experience using a CRM, Google sheets, etc and you need to be fluent in English.

Background in phone sales and real estate is a huge plus.
Background in customer service is beneficial.
Background setting up and using Podio CRM is huge plus.

I can provide sales training, real estate training etc, but prior sales training is beneficial.

I'm willing to pay hourly/salary plus commission for each deal influenced by you.
